Recently, I was in Bleak Inlet and right after arriving for the first time in this save, I arrived at a location and there was a pop-up that I was at a vista. Using the charcoal revealed almost the entire map. However, I hadn't found a polaroid there - I had just arrived. I am wondering if one of the polaroids I found in a different map was for BI.
