I mean i use my elenaril in doom tower with zavia, two kalvalax, and a renegade (kaymar keeps eluding me). Personally i dont see much difference, but the block revive on zavia really helps with the random self revivers. They both clear hard doom tower waves, i dont have many floors i take more than 12 turns on.Only aoe poisoner I got besides them is venomage. You could possibly use three and have it work. I'm not sure. All the poison explode teams I see use kalvalex and teodor. May not work very well without them.
