I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck! I did about 500 U World questions a day a week before I wrote, and each day my percentage right went up, and by the end I was in the 75th percentile and passed the NCLEX!
