It also happened to me with the previous cemu update (1.22.11). Your in luck as i did setup my steam deck cemu and it is quite simple to fix you need to go to cemu folder and key.txt and add your game title key ID in here dont forget to add the correct one you can easly find in the wild. So close cemu open the folder add title.key of your game and save the file and it should appear simple as that.
