Hey, there is a mod called "DoctorX Call of The Zone" in which he made it so that tools become fetch quest with a location. I think that's the best approach. No more looking through all the stashes, just go to x place and get them. I tried to read through the code and find this piece, but no luck.Much easier to boost the drop chance to 100%, then drop it back down after you get one instead of save scumming.
