Food was average nothing spectacular in comparison to the other resorts I have stayed in Mexico. The food was really greasy and no real salad bar, sometimes you need a real salad after eating all the grease. Fruit was excellent lot's of variety. The Italian restaurant was very good better than the Mexican or Asian.We just returned for a week at the Ocean Maya and were very pleased with everything, from the flight and transfers to the actual resort, staff and amenities. After reading some of the other reviews, I was nervous, but everything was excellent.
