Oct 19, 2017 · There are a number of monsters in the game with Blindsight and no vision; this includes things like the Giant Bat whose Echolocation specifies that its blindsight relies on hearing (nothing to do with vision) and/or smell like the Grimlock. I see no reason why any monster couldn't be blinded but it wouldn't necessarily affect its Blindsight per se. Blindsight is specifically not seeing: A monster with blindsight can perceive its surroundings without relying on sight.
