Ok so heres my thinking. before changes livid dagger was barely higher dps then sf because of the fact that it already had 100% cc and attack speed meaning that in terms of accessories you did not have to ildo any optimization for those 2 stats. after the changes however shadow fury has now come up on top because of how lived dagger had been nerfed.
