Minecraft iron farm not working.

The ONLY thing you can do is break the beds and put them back to reset the POI and allow villagers to reclaim the bed. This is not quite so big a deal in breeders, but it *kills* iron farms. For context, there's two iron farms. The closest beds are 90 blocks away. The villagers are getting into the beds at night for a split second. The first farm built is working but the second is not.
