My first P365 came with a 12-round mag and a couple of 10-round mags. I later started carrying the XL and then changed the P365 to an X. So no, 10-round mags won’t work in an XL grip module. However, as mentioned above, you can buy base plates to put on the 10-rounders that will allow them to fit in the XL grip module.
