And while comparing prop shafts between my stock 1995 C1500 4L60E RCLB driveshaft(15004101), and the one for an 88 C2500 TH400 RCLB(12475006), I noticed the yokes are identical part numbers 12542963.3,236. Find a 5.3L using the same operating system and swap the engine segments. I did that when my buddy put a 6.0L in his truck. It already had an 0411 I had tuned. I swapped the tune from a 5.7L/4L60E to a 6.0L/4L80E. Personally I would go bigger than a 5.3L in truck but that is me.
