There is one setting in the Teams app for "animations" but it actually appears to be a FaceTime setting > Reactions (Teams uses the built in FaceTime camera which activate with certain hand gestures).IPhone users with iOS 17 downloaded will have the option to send animations such as hearts, balloons, fireworks, laser beams, rain, and more while using FaceTime.
